Commission is due once the dentist outcome is Treatment Complete,
the payment status is Paid in full and the invoice number is filled in. Nothing
needs to be claimed — the system works it out at 1% of the total treatment cost, and a manager
marks it paid.
Who the team is referring to, and what happens to those
patients once they get there. A dentist only appears once someone has referred to them.

This is where the dropdowns come from. Adding something here makes it
available to everyone straight away. Retiring something hides it from the dropdowns but leaves
every past lead exactly as it was — nothing is ever deleted.
